Geeez....
They even set up an association to bring back fireworks to Santa Barbara. Ok, now fireworks are great... i like seeing things blow up. But really...there must be a better way to fund these things than by asking private citizens. Private citizens ought to be donating money to things like the homeless, the sick, the underpriveleged.
But fireworks? Hmph.
And the worst part? Their acronym is just...sick. i mean, it's as if they decided SPARKLE would be catchy, and then they had to figure out some words that fit. Well, i know you must be dying to hear what it is, so here ya go:
